Your privacy is important to us at ProPaint Lda. For this reason, we collect and use only the personal data which is necessary for us to contact you in regards to your painting needs.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you so that we can provide the best possible service. The information we collect is as follows:

- Telephone numbers
- Email Address
- IP Address
- Any information you write in the comments field of our contact us form
The information we collect from you is nothing more than the fields you are asked to complete while filling in the contact us form on our website. We do not collect any secret or hidden information in the background. The only information passed to us is that which you have explicitly provided, plus your ip address (which is essentially the address of your computer and/or internet service provider - we use this to help verify that the application is genuine and not a hoax).
What do we do with your information?
When you fill in our contact us form, you are first asked to give your consent for us to process your information. Your information is transmitted securely to our system. All of these transfers use secure and encrypted SSL technology so that your personal data is transferred securely.
We use your information given to provide you with quotations, further information regarding our business, or more specific information that you have requested.
Who else do we share your information with?
After your information has been used for contact, a copy is retained securely in our system for internal record keeping and reporting. We do not remarket, re-use, sell or share your information with anyone else outside of own administration.
How long do we keep it for?
Your full set of information is retained in our system for the duration of time that you are our customer. After this time, your full set of personal data is deleted from our system and a small reference is retained for as long as is necessary to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records. This minimal information is kept under the legal basis of legitimate interest.
How do we keep your data safe?
We protect your personal information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls.
Your right to control your personal data
We respect your right to access, correct, request deletion or request restriction of our usage of your personal information as required by applicable law. We also take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date.

- If your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to update it
- You can also ask us to delete or restrict how we use your personal information, but this right is determined by applicable law and may impact your access to some of our services
